WHAT: In honor of Women's History Month, The Whisky Wenches Spirits Society , a group devoted to women's spirits education, will be distilling a batch of Eleanor Gin on Saturday, March 1, and bottling it on Thursday, March 6 at Spirit Hound Distillers in Lyons. The Gin is named after Spirit Hound’s Rocky Mountain Juniper berry supplier, Eleanor, a 90 year-old forager, who will also be attending the distilling and bottling events.    The Gin recipe was developed by the Whis
