On May 3-4, REEB’s “Let’s Ride Longmont” Event Celebrates Riding and Gives Back Bikes with Can’d Aid

Longmont, Colo., April 18, 2025 – Colorado-based bike manufacturer REEB Cycles is hosting a weekend of two-wheeled fun in Longmont on May 3-4. Headquartered at Hooptie Bike Lounge, REEB’s full-service bike shop that opened in late 2024, the two-day “Let’s Ride Longmont” event celebrates with rides, sales, and more, including a volunteer opportunity with local nonprofit Can’d Aid on Sunday.
Saturday, May 3
10AM–6PM – Hooptie Spring Sale: Kickstart the season with fresh gear, local community, and cycling vibes.
6–9PM – Ritual Mountain Bike Film Tour Viewing: Settle in and get inspired by some of the best mountain bike films on the big screen. Free show with suggested donation of $20 to Can’d Aid in support of Sunday’s bike build and donation for local youth.
Sunday, May 4
10AM – Cruiser Ride: All ages welcome—grab your cruiser and join the fun on the Longmont bike path.
12PM – Can’d Aid Bike Build: Roll up your sleeves and help build bikes for 1st grade students at Columbine Elementary! Register for the bike build HERE.

Let’s Ride Longmont weekend, hosted by the indie bike manufacturing team behind REEB, brings together the community for outdoor fun for all ages. REEB, which fabricates world-class quality bikes from Longmont, will also have adult cruiser bikes available throughout the weekend as a part of Can’d Aid’s Give One, Get One initiative. For every cherry red Can’d Aid cruiser sold, the nonprofit will donate a bike and helmet to a child in need.
Since 2013, Can’d Aid has donated over 12,800 bikes, 8,900 skateboards, and 4,100 musical instruments to underserved youth across the US, powered by more than 33,700 volunteers. Join us May 3-4 at the Hooptie Lounge and help us get even more kids rolling.

About REEB Cycles
In 2011, REEB Cycles began fabricating handmade steel hardtails designed for the steep and rocky terrain of their home in the foothills of Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
