Through Can’d Aid’s Treads + Trails program, The Yasso Game On! Foundation will donate bikes and helmets to children in 10 cities across the country
Longmont, Colo., April 26, 2023 — National nonprofit Can’d Aid announces a new partnership with Yasso, the beloved frozen greek yogurt brand, to get children across the US brand new bicycles. Yasso’s internal non-profit, The Yasso Game On! Foundation, and Can’d Aid will host 10 bike builds in 2023 and donate 1,000 bikes and helmets to elementary age children across the US.
During each build, local volunteers will assemble the bikes, which will then be donated to students at local high-need schools, encouraging children to put down their screens and explore their world on two wheels.
“We are so excited to have the support of Yasso and The Yasso Game On! Foundation,” says Diana Ralston, Can’d Aid founder and executive director. “We share a goal of wanting children to get off their devices and get active. These projects also engage the local community in a really meaningful way, because the volunteers reside in the neighborhoods they serve.”
Can’d Aid, celebrating its 10 year anniversary this year, will donate its 10,000th bike in 2023 through its Treads + Trails program. For many of the children receiving a donation, this will be their very first bicycle – providing a valuable opportunity to get active.

Austin, TX- May 10
Bentonville, AR- May 24
Scarborough, ME- June 6
